Tools for Collecting Digital Behavioral Data

GESIS Tools for the Collection of Digital Behavioral Data (DBD)

GESIS develops innovative methods and tools for collecting digital behavioral data in social science research. This is part of our ambition to provide a comprehensive infrastructure for the integration of these new types of data across all phases of the research data cycle to the community.

*** These services are in development. ***

GESIS Web Tracking

GESIS Web Tracking enables the browser-based collection of digital behavioral data. We provide a browser plugin for collecting data on information behavior and the information content perceived.
